Can I cancel or get a refund?
Cancel in Account before your next renewal. You keep Pro until the paid period ends. For a refund, email notifications.reqly@gmail.com within 7 days of your first payment. Statutory rights are unaffected.
Do my photos leave my device?
No. Processing and exports happen in your browser. Your account identifies your subscription; it does not store your photos. Stripe handles payment details. Saved presets stay in this browser. Privacy details.
Will every cutout be perfect?
No automatic tool can promise that. Review fine hair, glass, reflective objects and low-contrast edges. Both plans include smart erase and restore for corrections. Pro adds workflow convenience; it uses the same cutout quality.
Does Pro include marketplace presets?
Custom sizes and saved setups are available. Named marketplace presets are still being verified and are not included as a finished feature. No API, cloud photo storage or AI-generated scenes are included.
